(3) Public Information: All information on Chicago Resource Hub is available free to the public. It is considered public knowledge as it was obtained through David John Coleman II's personal experiences as a Social Worker or from free public information.
(4) Liability: David John Coleman II makes no warranty, representation, or guaranty as to the content, accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any of the data provided at Chicago Resource Hub. David John Coleman II makes this data available on an “as is” basis and explicitly disclaims any representations and warranties. All data on Chicago Resource Hub is subject to change. David John Coleman II shall assume no liability for: (1) any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data provided on Chicago Resource Hub regardless how caused; or, (2) any decision made or action taken or not taken by anyone using or relying upon data provided on Chicago Resource Hub. Any referrals given with the use of Chicago Resource Hub should be made with clear consultation, instructions, and individualized care by the referring professional and with consultation between the direct service agency. Chicago Resource Hub is not responsible for ensuring that the services listed are the appropriate referral.
(7) Privacy and Personal Information: Any user or organization that submits information to Chicago Resource Hub or David John Coleman II for specific use with Chicago Resource Hub will be maintained private and confidential, and will not be distributed to any other entities. Exceptions to this policy are information given to David John Coleman II or Chicago Resource Hub with the intent to be published such as an organization's public contact information including the intake department information of an organization - that information will only be shared and made public through the database map search tool at our Get Data link.
(8) Third Party Copyright: Any logos, links, phone numbers, names, addresses or any other information on Chicago Resource Hub has been provided and listed with consideration for all third party publicly listed usage agreements. If Chicago Resource Hub has published any content against copyrights or any usage policies, it was done due to inaccessible or unstated copyright policies on third party organization's websites.
